MIA Recommends that it is appropriate to determine audit fees using the higher of Total Assets or Gross Turnover basis.

Our Fees are as follow:

a)   MOF
     - New application                     =       RM800 to RM1,200
     - Bumi Status                            =      RM800 to RM1,200


b)  MITI  (pelabur Bumiputera)      =       RM1,000

c) WRT (wholesale Retail Trader License)           =        RM3,000

d) VISA (DP10/DP11)                                       =         RM3,500/pax

e)  PBT License                            =      RM1,000

f)  Tourism License                       =      New license RM5,000 (if document completed & director has an                          
experience)
                                                            Renew license RM600
                                            

Accounting Works

Our accounting works fees structure are as follows:

For Monthly Account:
a)   Heavy Transaction           =      RM400/monthly
b)   Medium Transaction        =      RM200/monthly
c)   Low Transaction              =      RM50/monthly

and

For Yearly:

We will follow the structure by MIA and it will be based on turnover and transaction.

SECRETARIAL SERVICES

We are providing the Secretarial services at:

RM50 Monthly for all Company
RM15 Monthly for Dormant Company
RM15 Monthly for Registered office fee
FOC for:
   Preparation of Resolution (Matta/Bank/Facilities etc)
   Document certified up to 5 set per year
   Advise on the compliance with The Company Act and SSM

FORMATION OF A COMPANY

For those want to form a new company, our fees are as follows:-

Company with Authorised Capital:
    a)   RM100,000                    =       RM2,000
    b)   RM500,000                   =        RM4,000
    c)   RM1,000,000                =        RM7,000

This included the following:
a)   Opening of account (FOC)
b)   All kind of Resolution (FOC)
c)   Up to 5 Director/Shareholder (One Time at the Incorporate date)
d)   Secretarial Services RM50 monthly and Registered office Address RM15 monthly
