b) RM500,000 = RM4,000
c) RM1,000,000 = RM7,000
This included the following:
a) Opening of account (FOC)
b) All kind of Resolution (FOC)
c) Up to 5 Director/Shareholder (One Time at the Incorporate date)
d) Secretarial Services RM50 monthly and Registered office Address RM15 monthly

Hi,If a company purposes to enter into an agreement with any individual for appointment as a Managing Director with Business setup in Qatar, or a whole-time director or manager, a copy of such an agreement should also be filed with the Registrar of companies.thanks....
